TAT Co., Ltd. hereby announces that, effective April 3, 2026, it will change its corporate name and registered head office address as outlined below.

This name change represents our commitment to more clearly articulate the values we have long upheld, and to further evolve our business, brand, and organization as one.
Our new name, “PIECE Co., Ltd.,” reflects our desire to carefully accumulate each “piece” encountered along our journey—experiences, challenges, new perspectives, and human connections—as we continue to move forward.
Please note that the address change for our head office address is a formal one; it remains the location where our headquarters functions have already been based, and there will be no substantive changes to our operations or organizational structure.
We will continue to go beyond simply providing accommodation, weaving experiences that stay with our guests and add color to their lives, while crafting irreplaceable “pieces” of memories.
