Every room comes with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a memory-foam mattress — comfortable whether you're traveling solo or with a group.

Sun-filled lounges and green, plant-wrapped communal spaces where you can truly unwind.

Listen to someone cooking in the shared kitchen, strike up a conversation with a fellow traveler — enjoy those one-time-only encounters.

ROOMS

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, bedside reading lights, bed sheets, and pillowcases. For a comfortable night’s sleep, all beds feature memory foam mattresses.

Towels are provided in the private rooms. For guests staying in the dormitory, towels are available in front of the shower room. Please take one whenever you need it.

On the open green terrace, you can soak up the sunshine and enjoy a soothingly elegant time. Heal the fatigue of your journey in a quiet space that is a far cry from the bustle of the city.

BATH ROOM

We have a shower room with a bathtub for families and couples.It is available 24 hours. Shampoo,conditioner, body soap, bath towels and bath salt are provided free of charge.

SHOWER ROOMS

Showers are located on the first floor. We have 6 all-gender shower rooms, and 6 women-only shower rooms.
All are available 24 hours. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and bath towels are provided free of charge.

REST ROOM

Toilets on all floors are western-style, and are equipped with high-end wireless toilet control panels.

POWDER ROOM

We have a powder room suitable for your morning /evening routine on all floors.
Dyson hair dryers and hand soap are provided for your convenience.

Washing / Drying Machine

We have 3 washing machines and 4 gas dryers on the 1st floor terrace.
The washing machines cost 500 yen (laundry detergent included),
and gas dryers 100 yen for 10 minutes.

7:00 am and 0:00 am.

To cancel or change a reservation made via our home page, please go to “Confirm/Change/Cancel Reservation” at the top page of Online Reservation and follow the procedure. If you change or cancel your reservation, you will be charged a cancellation fee in accordance with the cancellation policy of the reserved plan.
*If you have made a reservation through a third-party booking site (Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, Rakuten, Jalan, etc.), please change or cancel your reservation on the My Page of each reservation site. In such cases, cancellation fees will be applied in accordance with the cancellation policy stated on each reservation site.
The hotel accepts group reservations for reservations of more than 10 people. For group reservations, the following Group Cancellation Policy written below will be applied regardless of the websites where the reservations are made.
- Up to 15 days prior to check-in: No cancellation fee
- 14 days to 8 days prior: 20% of the total room charge
- 7 days to 3 days prior: 50% of the total room charge
- 2 days prior to the day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total room charge

An accommodation tax is levied in accordance with the ordinances of each municipality. If applicable, please note that guests are required to pay the accommodation tax.

The accommodation tax is charged per person, per night, based on the accommodation charge. Tax rates and applicable conditions vary depending on the municipality.

Please note that the accommodation tax is not included in the accommodation price shown at the time of booking. The tax must be paid upon arrival at check-in.

According to the laws and regulations set forth by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, “foreigners who do not have a domicile in Japan” are required to present their nationality and passport number in addition to their name, address, occupation, etc., and to show and copy their passports. Even if the person making the reservation has an address in Japan, if his/her companion is a “foreigner without an address in Japan,” he/she is required to present and copy his/her passport as well. U.S. military personnel are required to present and copy their military ID card. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We do not have any ensuite rooms, therefore all showers and toilets are shared with other guests.
However, we have a sink (washbasin) installed in all the single, twin, and double rooms!
We have a total of 12 shower rooms on the ground floor (6 for mixed-gender, 6 for female). We also have a bathroom equipped with a bathtub. All shower rooms have a changing room. They are available 24 hours. Hair dryers are available in all private rooms, and in the powder room on the ground floor. We have bathrooms on each floor.
Linen (bed sheets and pillowcases) is provided in your room. In addition to these, each private room has a bath towel.
In the dormitories, there is *a safe for storing valuables. The safe is password-protected, so there is no need to bring a padlock.
*SIZE　18-person dormitory：30x57x35 (cm), 6-person dormitory：30x25x35 (cm), 4-person dormitory：30x57x35 (cm).
Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are available in the shower rooms. Slippers and various types of pillows are freely available from the shelves in front of the elevator on each floor. Pajamas are not provided, so please bring your own.
We have a non-smoking policy indoors. A 30,000 yen fine will be charged to any guest who smokes indoors.
If you would like to smoke, please use the outdoor terrace on the 1st floor or on the 3rd floor. The 3rd floor terrace will be available until 10:00 pm. After 10:00 pm, please use the terrace on the 1st floor. It would be great if you could be considerate of neighbors and lower down your noise level after 10:00 pm.

We can accept your luggage two calendar days prior to the check-in date. Please clearly state the check-in date and the reservation name on the baggage slip. Please read the following notes before shipping.

・A storage fee of 600 yen / day will be charged before 3 days. (ex. 2 pieces of luggage delivered four day prior to the check-in date ➡ 2 luggage×2 days for free luggage storage× 600 yen＝2,400 yen)
・Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery.
・If your baggage is too large (more than a suitcase), we may not be able to accept it due to lack of storage space. Please consult with us in advance.
・We do not deliver luggage to your room. Please ask the guest to come directly to the front desk.
