[Important] Apology and Notice Regarding Unauthorized Access to Booking.com

Thank you very much for staying with us.

On October 13, 2026, between approximately 20:00 and 22:30 (JST), we confirmed that unauthorized access by a third party occurred on our facility's Booking.com management account.

As a result of this unauthorized access, reservations were made for dates and room types that were not actually available, resulting in bookings that we are unable to fulfill.

Furthermore, we have confirmed that fraudulent messages titled "Special Discount Campaign Notice" were sent to some guests pretending to be from our facility, asking for personal information.

We sincerely apologize for the considerable inconvenience and concern this has caused to our guests.

■ Regarding Affected Reservations

Guests who made a reservation through Booking.com on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, between 20:00 and 22:30 (JST) are kindly requested to cancel their reservation.

■ Caution Regarding Suspicious Messages

The "Special Discount Campaign Notice" sent via Booking.com was not issued or authorized by our facility.

Please do not reply to these messages, click on any embedded links, or enter personal information or credit card details.

If you have already provided personal or payment information, please contact us immediately. If you have entered credit card information, we also recommend contacting your credit card company as soon as possible.

■ Current Status and Measures

We are currently working with Booking.com and relevant authorities to verify the facts and take all necessary measures.

If you have any questions regarding reservation confirmation or cancellation procedures, please contact our facility or Booking.com Customer Service.
