送信されたメールに記載のある内容は全て事実と異なります。お客様の予約は有効であり、キャンセルの心配はございません。
これらの不正メールに対するセキュリティ上の理由から、メールを直ちに削除し、記載のリンクを開かない、クレジットカード情報などの個人情報を一切提供しないようお願い申し上げます。

万が一リンクをクリックされたり、支払い情報を入力された方は大変恐れ入りますが入力したカードの券面に記載のあるお問い合わせ先へお問い合わせください。

この問題については、ブッキングドットコムなどの関係機関に報告し、現在調査中です。

We regret to inform you that our Booking.com system recently experienced unauthorized access, leading to the distribution of emails containing links urging customers to update their payment methods, citing the possibility of reservation cancellation. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience and concern this may have caused.

Please be assured that all information provided in these emails is entirely untrue. Your reservation is valid, and there is no risk of cancellation.

For security reasons, we kindly request that you promptly delete these emails, refrain from clicking on any included links, and avoid sharing any personal information, including credit card details.

If you have inadvertently clicked on a link or provided payment information, we kindly ask you to contact the customer service number listed on the back of your card for further assistance.

We have reported this issue to relevant authorities, including Booking.com, and an investigation is currently underway. As soon as we have more information, we will update you on our website.
