TUNESTAY KYOTO地下1階ギャラリーにて前野めり個展「ひとやすみ」を開催いたします。

TUNESTAY KYOTO地下1階ギャラリーは、ご宿泊のゲストはもちろん、
宿泊者以外の方のご来館も歓迎しております。ぜひご鑑賞にお立ち寄りください。

前野めり

1981年　滋賀県生まれ
2004年　京都精華大学テキスタイル専攻を卒業。在学中よりイラストと詩による本の制作を始める
2015年　刺繍による制作を開始

黒糸の刺繍糸を一本取りして、白地のフェルトに刺繍。
主に下書きをせずフリーハンドで刺繍するスタイルで制作。

アーティストより本展示について

刺繍作家として10年ほどやっておりましたが、3年ほど前に猫がうちにやってきました。
それまでは何か特定のモチーフに捉われないで制作していましたが、猫がやってきてから猫ばっかり落書きするようになりました。
少しやすんで、この猫とゆっくり暮らしていくんだなぁ、と思うようになりました。
今回は、ほっとしていただけるようなドローイングの展示となります。

Meri Maeno exhibition will be held at TUNESTAY KYOTO B1F gallery from May 1, 2025 to May 31, 2025.

Meri Maeno

1981 – Born in Shiga Prefecture.
2004 – Graduated from Kyoto Seika University in the Department of Textiles.
She started making books with illustrations and poems while still in college.
2015 – Started creating artworks with embroidery.

The artwork is embroidered on white felt with a single strand of black embroidery thread.
She mainly works in the style of freehand embroidery without drafts.

About this exhibition

I have been working as an embroidery artist for about 10 years. Until now, I have not been confined to any particular motif in my work.
However, since a cat came to my house about 3 years ago, I have started to doodle only cats.
I started to think that I would take some time off and slowly live with this cat.
This exhibition will feature drawings that will make you feel at ease.

• 岡田龍之介（Ryunosuke Okada）Profile

幼少期から京都日本海沿いの自然豊かな土地『久美浜』で育つ。遊び場は山、川、海。
その影響からか、東京に住みながらも登山や野営など山遊びに没頭し、共にする友人から預かったカメラをきっかけに写真を撮るようになる。都会と自然を行ったり来たりする生活で感じる喜怒哀楽。人の心や見える風景を鮮明に感じさせてくれる記憶と記録が交差する時を残していきたい。

Growing up in Kumihama, a nature-rich area along the Sea of Japan in Kyoto, the mountains, rivers, and sea became a playground. Even while living in Tokyo, the draw toward mountain adventures, camping, and time spent in nature remains strong. A camera, entrusted by a friend during one of these outings, sparked an interest in photography. Moving between city life and the natural world, moments arise where emotions—joy, anger, sorrow, and happiness—intersect. Through photography, these fleeting instances, where memories and records merge to sharpen both the visible landscape and the emotions it stirs, can be preserved.

Apsu Shusei（アプスー・シュウセイ）

文様作家、世界の怪談蒐集家、アートディレクター。
幼い頃から日本古来の文化や風習、民俗、神話などに興味を抱き、16歳のころ、四国八十八ヶ所巡礼を達成。
旅での実体験や数々の書物を基にした思索、怪談、
さらにアンダーグラウンドな音楽との邂逅から得られるインスピレーションを、幾何学的で繊細な線を軸とした「文様」として表現する活動を開始。
その他、祝祭の呪物展のプロデューサー、クラフトジンの会社「深川蒸留所」のディレクターやTUNE STAY KYOTOのアートディレクターを務める。

Apsu Shusei

Pattern artist, collector of Kwaidan（ghost stories）, and art director.
Since childhood, he has been deeply interested in traditional Japanese culture, customs, folklore, and mythology.
At the age of 16, he completed the Shikoku Pilgrimage, visiting all eighty-eight temples.
Inspired by personal experiences from his travels, reflections on numerous books, encounters with ghost stories, and underground music, he began creating patterns characterized by geometric and intricate linework.
In addition to his artistic work, he serves as the producer of the “Cursed Object Festival” exhibition, director of the craft gin company “Fukagawa Distillery,” and art director for TUNE STAY KYOTO.

Apsu Shusei

圖案藝術家、怪談（鬼故事）收藏家、藝術總監。
自幼深受日本傳統文化、風俗、民間傳說和神話的影響。
16歲時，他完成了四國遍路，參拜了全部八十八座寺廟。
受到旅行中的親身經歷、閱讀的眾多書籍、怪談以及地下音樂的啟發，他開始創作以幾何形狀和細膩線條為特徵的圖案。
除了從事藝術創作外，他還擔任“詛咒物品祭典”展覽的製作人、手工杜松子酒公司“深川酒廠”的總監，並且是 TUNE STAY KYOTO 的藝術總監。

この度、「ピースホステル京都/ピースホステル三条/22PIECES/HIDEOUT」において、弊社が利用契約を締結しております株式会社シーナッツ（以下「委託先」）が提供する予約・販売管理システムに対して不正アクセスがあり、一部のお客様の個人情報が流出した可能性があることが確認されました。
お客様には多大なご迷惑とご心配をおかけしますこと、深くお詫び申し上げます。

・経緯について
委託先の調査により、弊社がお預けしている個人データへの不正アクセスが確認されました。なお、現時点で委託先へのサイバー攻撃やウイルス感染等の痕跡は発見されていないとの報告を受けております。

・不正アクセスの詳細
対象となるお客様：2024 年 7 月 29 日以前にご予約されたお客様
対象となるご宿泊期間：2024 年 7 月 30 日から 2024 年 8 月 30 日
情報種類：予約番号、販売店、氏名、宿泊日、予約日、宿泊人数、宿泊金額
※漏洩した可能性のある個人情報に住所、電話番号、クレジットカード情報は含みません。

・今後の対応
管理システムを運営している会社と連携し、アクセス IP の制限、二段階認証等、管理体制の強化を行ってまいります。
