このたび北海道および札幌市の条例施行に伴い、2026年４月1日ご宿泊分より、宿泊税が導入されることとなりました。  

※2026年4月1日以前にご予約いただいた場合も、4月1日以降の宿泊分より宿泊税が課税されます。

宿泊税の金額は、お一人様・1泊あたりの宿泊料金に応じて以下の通りとなります：

-宿泊料金が1人1泊20,000円未満の場合：300円（うち道税100円）

-宿泊料金が1人1泊20,000円以上50,000円未満の場合：400円（うち道税200円）

-宿泊料金が1人1泊50,000円以上の場合：1,000円（うち道税500円）

※本税は宿泊料金とは別途でのご精算となり、チェックイン時にお支払いいただく必要がございます。

株式会社ティーエーティー（本社：京都市南区、代表取締役：田畑伸幸）は、2025年8月1日（金）、福岡市中央区・春吉に「BAND HOTEL HAKATA（バンド ホテル ハカタ）」を開業いたします。

静かな夜の余韻、どこか懐かしい記憶の気配。
BAND HOTEL HAKATAは、“静”の感情に寄り添う全29室のホテルです。
香りや音、やわらかな照明といった五感を通じて、ゲストの心にそっと触れる滞在体験をご提供します。

本プロジェクトについて

本プロジェクトは、全29室を有するホテルの再生を目的とした、ホテルリノベーション事業です。
長期滞在にも対応可能なゆとりある客室設計を活かし、ご家族やご友人同士などのグループがゆったりとくつろげる宿泊施設へのリブランディングを行いました。

企画・設計から運営までを一貫して手がけ、従来の無人受付体制を、多言語対応が可能なスタッフによる有人フロントへ刷新。

築14年を迎えた施設は、全客室の内装を一新し、上質感と落ち着きを兼ね備えたモダンデザインへ生まれ変わりました。

そして、ここで過ごす時間は、ただの滞在では終わりません。

夕景のリバービューを眺めながら、時間がゆっくりと解けていくひととき。

そんな穏やかな余韻が、旅の思い出に静かに刻まれていきます。

ロケーションについて

都市の中心でありながらも、落ち着いたロケーション

BAND HOTEL HAKATAは、福岡市中央区春吉に位置し、那珂川沿いから煌めく中洲の夜景を一望できる恵まれたロケーションにあります。
昼は賑やかな街の風景、夜はネオンに彩られた静謐な夜景と、時間帯によって異なる表情を楽しめます。

春吉エリアは、九州の商業中心地である博多駅周辺、ファッションや百貨店が集まる天神、そして九州最大の歓楽街・中洲の三大エリアに隣接し、ビジネス・観光の双方において極めて利便性が高い立地です。
