■ For guests that have made reservations HIDEOUT SUITE via the TUNE STAY KYOTO page
Your original reservations are still intact. There is no need to rebook, just follow the original reservation as is.

■ For those that are considering staying at HIDEOUT SUITE before January 6th, 2024,
Reservations can be made HERE.

■ For those that are considering making reservations at HIDEOUT SUITE from January 6th and beyond,
Reservations can be made HERE.

In addition, regardless of the date of your reservation, you can still handle reservation confirmations, modifications and cancellations yourself via our websites.
On the top right of our official website, click on “Reservation”, and then follow the “Reservation confirmation, change or cancellation” link.

We also plan to have an official HIDEOUT SUITE page available on the travel agencies and applications listed below. The order of release also follows as listed below.
